Please adhere strictly to the following guidelines to ensure your submission is considered for review.
All abstracts must be submitted in English.
Submissions should represent original research or innovative clinical practice relevant to the Smart HAPPI-Ageing themes (Healthy, Active, Productive, Purposeful, and Inclusive ageing).
To maintain a uniform appearance in the Symposium Proceedings, all abstracts must follow these formatting rules:
The title must be concise and descriptive, with a maximum length of 30 words. Use Title Case (capitalize the first letter of each major word).
Type the First Name followed by the Family Name.
Important: Omit all degrees and professional titles (e.g., do not use PhD, MD, Prof., or Dr.).
The name of the presenting author must be underlined.
Include the name of the institution and the country for all authors. Use superscript numbers to link authors to their respective institutions.
The body of the abstract must be organized under the following four mandatory headings (in bold and uppercase):
The content (from AIMS to CONCLUSIONS) must not exceed 300 words. The title, author names, and affiliations are excluded from this count.
Also provide ONE figure as an infographic of your abstract.
Do NOT include references or citations in the abstract.
Use only standard abbreviations. Define non-standard abbreviations in parentheses the first time they appear in the text.

Upload your abstract via the Symposium Submission Portal.
Important: Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract. Submissions that do not adhere to these formatting and structural requirements may be rejected without review.
